It took several tries, before I found on a website that the underscore character on the German keyboard is a question mark on the English keyboard. Once I did that, Koll appeared and I finished that quest. I'm glad to hear that it worked. During the week I'm away from home and cannot check the game...

You are right. I started a new game and played from the beginning until I met Taliasan, and he indeed has German subtitles.
